  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or Information/ Computer Science.
  • Specialization in SAP ERP and new technologies.
  • Excellent level of business English, spoken and written.
  • Excellent computer skills, specifically Spreadsheets and Presentations.

Previous experience required

  • It is necessary to show minimum 5-6 years experience as a Manager in Business Process and SAP implementations. Implementing other CRM and Business Intelligence applications will be valued.
  • Demonstrated Change Management and successful leadership experience.
  • Extensive experience in configuring/ customizing SAP system. Demonstrated experience in going through at least 2 full life cycle implementations of SAP covering the central modules (FI, CO, SD, MM, WM, PP).
  • Working knowledge of the functionality of all core SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, PP) and integration points. From purchase to pay process until order to cash process; including sales order processing, delivery processing, pricing, invoicing, cross-company sales process.
  • Very valuable to show prior experience in Sap Consultancy (Big4 or similar) and to be experienced in Pharma or Wholesale industry.
  • Knowledge of the SAP Project Systems, Solution Manager, ASAP/ Agile methodology and SAP Best Practices are a major plus.
  • Good knowledge of Business analysis, Project Management, Financial Planning, Strategy development and implementation.
  • Solid business judgment and business vision in a fast growing company with high impact and responsibility.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support the business through excellence in business processes and organization.
  • In close collaboration with functional leaders, key users and end users, develop plans for mapping and modelling key business process flows to optimize efficiency.
  • Develop strategy to drive processes, system and tools to meet business goals and requirements.
  • Global responsible for the company ERP (SAP). Act as a solution architect for all functional area. Understand advanced, integrated business processes; identify and recognize global integration consequences.
  • Negotiate and manage key ERP related vendors (licensing, consultancy, etc.). Responsible of the ERP global budget.
  • Research and determine new technologies, application developments and functionalities, make recommendations on their use.
  • Develop project estimates (time, cost and resources to deploy solutions) and complete financial model (costs, savings, revenue opportunities, investment horizon).
  • Develop project rationale and perform scoping assessments to determine feasibility of projects.
  • Take user requirements, design appropriate solutions and carry them through implementation including integration testing and end user training.
  • Ensure the overall user experience is taken into account when designing and deploying new solutions and services.
  • Successfully handle multiple projects, complete them on time, on budget and exceed customer expectations.
  • Keep updated the internal technology system and documentation requirements.
  • Keep updated with industry best practices in leveraging technologies for the business and with regulatory environments / requirements.
